Wireless Capsule Endoscopy (WCE) is a non-invasive medical procedure devised for painless in vivo inspection of the gastrointestinal (GI) tract. It especially valuable examination small intestine since it difficult to reach by traditional endoscopic procedures. The setup includes camera with an embedded light source and circuit capable acquiring transmitting video. main challenge this technology identification position trajectory capsule as travels through GI tract, which particularly relevant during detection anomalies tissue. Given only information provided recorded images, possible estimate 3D motion provide full reconstruction. A critical yet step process image registration between sequential frames. Therefore, being able determine accurate correspondences points, regions or features two consecutive frames crucial computation relative rotation translation capsule.
